Understand the cost before you decide.
Renewal starts at ¥55,000, change of status at ¥88,000, and permanent residence at ¥165,000, including tax. We will explain the scope and estimated total before you engage us.

These are starting fees. If your circumstances require additional work, we will quote it in advance. Immigration authority fees, certificate costs, postage, and other expenses are separate.

What should I send on LINE?
Choose a topic from the rich menu and tell us your current status of residence, expiration date, plans, and question. Do not send residence card or passport images until the office asks for them.
Will I know the fee before engaging you?
After reviewing the scope, we will provide a quote. We will distinguish office fees from any immigration authority fees and other expenses where applicable.
What if my period of stay ends soon?
Contact us promptly and include the expiration date. We will check whether we can assist based on your circumstances.
What if my current period of stay expires while my permanent residence application is pending?
A permanent residence application does not extend your current period of stay. If it expires while the application is pending, you must separately apply for renewal before the expiration date. Contact us early.
